Jimmy Bruce, PhD, LP

Jimmy is from Chicago, Illinois and began working for CAPS on July 30th, 2018. Jimmy is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (specifically the Master’s Thesis Award Review Committee) and the USA Track & Field Sports Medicine and Science Committee (specifically the Sport Psychology sub-committee). He is a masters sprinter and was the Masters National Champion in 2015 for the 4x200 meter relay (55-59 year age group and club division). Additionally, Jimmy is a former national-class intercollegiate sprinter from the Atlantic Coast Conference and is a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.
