My SSP Student Support Program

All MSU students are encouraged to download the free My SSP app.  MSU has made My SSP services available from Morneau Shepell for all MSU students. My SSP provides 24/7 access to counselors, is free and confidential. In addition to one-on-one support, you have access to articles, tools, and resources that can help you succeed. My SSP app and online resources can help with:

  • relationships with roommates, friends, and family
  • school-life balance, academic stress
  • time management, study habits
  • loneliness, stress, sadness, wellness, and much more
