Kris is from Detroit, Michigan and began working with CAPS in June of 2018. Kris is trained as a generalist, giving him broad experience with common issues, such as relationship difficulties, depression and more. He has a clinical focus in anxiety-related issues and uses biofeedback as a tool for treating presenting issues.
Kris takes a person-centered approach to care, thoughtfully adapting to the unique needs of each person he sees. His training in existential-humanistic counseling, cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused approaches and more make him an asset to the CAPS team.
