Victor was born in Jalisco, Mexico, grew up in Antioch, Tennessee, and moved to Michigan in 2006. Victor joined MSU CAPS in August 2018 as a staff counselor. Victor identifies as bilingual, offering sessions in Spanish or Spanglish. In his spare time, he enjoys trying new restaurants, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.  

Education: 

  • Central Michigan University, B.S., Psychology with a double minor in English and Family Studies and Human Sexuality 
  • Michigan State University, Master of Social Work
